Well, the link is not broken, but the file is.
CRC32 check indicated that the file cheksum is way off from [8C69010D].
And when you play the file, theres some mosaic effect and some sort of distortion during the whole duration of the video.
I use K-lite Mega and SFV checker to check CRC32.
